The label says that this was inspired by Abita’s own TurboDog and I believe it. The taste profile is similar and I certainly taste the caramel malts I like in Turbodog. The addition here is the vanilla. This beer is brewed with whole bean vanilla and does it come through. Vanilla is by far the dominate flavor. A good beer that I picked up on a whim and am glad I did. 7% ABV.
