When I want a craft beer, either an old standby or a new flavor, I usually end up at one place – Turtle Creek Wine & Spirits. I feel a little like Norm from Cheers when I walk in because almost everyone there greets me with a “Drew.” It is easy to say I always feel welcome there.
This package store does things right. They carry a large selection of nationally popular and local craft beer. They also do a great job of getting other non-local small brewery beer as well. This is one of the main reasons why I get my beer there. The other reason is customer service.
I usually make a trip to Turtle Creek at least once a week. One of my favorite breweries (Sierra Nevada) is releasing this year’s version of Beer Camp. The news has been out for a few months that they were coming and I probably asked my friends at Turtle Creek weekly for the last month about them. This weekend I received this:
Seriously. Customer for life.
