Notch Saison

Notch Saison is a more traditional/less experimental style of Saison. Brewed to more closely replicate the farmhouse ales brewed for Belgian farm workers for the spring and summer months. Notch offerings are designed to be session beers and at 3.8% ABV this one is no different. Cracker malts and grains, hay, peppery yeast, grassy hops, and some hints of lemon. Light and crisp with some excellent carbonation. Notch really hit the mark on what they wanted to do here, very traditional and session-able Saison. Well done!
