The Bruery Mischief
The Bruery Mischief is a Belgian Strong Pale Ale. This starts out very bright and hoppy, which is mixing well with a nice bit of carbonation. The hops are both earthy and citrusy with notes of lemon and orange. As the beer warms up things balance out, I start to get more maltiness with light and sweet fruit flavors of apples and pear. I am very glad to have tried this, and overall I think it is a very good beer. At the same time it isn’t something I would be itching to get in the fridge again anytime soon, I guess this is one of those beers I hope someone has to share sometime.
