Hops & Grain Pale Dog is an American Pale Ale. This is a very solid and serviceable APA. The malt is bready with just a touch of sweetness. This is all well balanced by a solid hop show, grapefruit and a nice earthy pine flavor are the headliners. I would probably grab a six pack or growler of this on occasion if I could get it here.
