Evil Twin Falco

Evil Twin Falco is an American style IPA that appeared unexpectedly at my local bottle shop. This beer has a nice balance of sweet and hops. The hops deliver a good bit of grapefruit rind, some pine as well as some straight bitterness. The malt is sweet and light underneath complementing the hops rather well. This was very enjoyable.
