Surly Abrasive is an American Imperial/Double IPA. For some reason this beer had been very elusive for me to get, huge thanks to my untappd friend Eric for setting up a three way trade with Chad to finally get this in my glass! This has that huge tropical/citrus nose I love. The taste has some big pine, a good bit of the tropical/citrus nose, a little earthiness and a touch of alcohol. All in all this is a lot like Surly Furious, just more so. Outstanding DIPA.
