Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout
Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout is a Russian Imperial Stout. This highly anticipated winter seasonal usually starts showing up around October, and is generously produced until March of the following year. A staple in my fridge this RIS has a ton of robust roasted malt and chocolate flavors, hints of coffee, and the big booziness you should expect with the style. Spot on mouth-feel and appearance. It’s phenomenal fresh, but I think this beer hits the sweet spot somewhere around 6 months. And you don’t have to run all over town like a nut to enjoy it! Love this beer.
