Uinta HooDoo is a Kölsch style Ale. Sometimes you just need a simple easy drinker to have around the house, nothing too fancy or crazy. This one fits that bill very well. The flavor has a good bit of sweet grain that is balanced with a very nice dry crispness. The best part is that at 4% ABV you can enjoy a few of these in a session without sacrificing flavor! Don’t approach this one looking to be blown away, it just is what it is!
