Wedge Brewing Company Bière de Garde

Wedge Brewing Company Bière de Garde was round one (and beerstreak beer 300!) on our latest visit, I’m a sucker for a good Saison!

This one is super bright and yeasty, if it wasn’t for the 8.9% ABV I feel like I could drink these all day! Wonderfully integrated grape and white wine like notes are a perfect companion to the base beer.

Not an insanly complex offering, but it was a perfect beer to compliment the warm air and cool breezes of an early June day in Asheville!
