Green Bench 1903 Berliner Weisse
Emily and I decided to check out this relatively new brewery in St. Pete on a blistering hot afternoon in June. We were about the only people in the place and the bartender working said they were known for their sours, so Green Bench 1903 Berliner Weisse seemed like the right call.
This is a lovely little beer, lightly tart and refreshing. No bells and whistles, but it does exactly what you want it to do on a hot day! Definitely the kind of thing I would pop in for after work, before the baseball game, or on the weekend. And at 4% ABV you can enjoy a few without too much alcohol affect.
