Evolution Lot No. 6 Double IPA

Evolution Lot No. 6 Double IPA is brewed with Columbus, Centennial and Citra hops, available year round.

So this is the first time in some time that I have had a ton of floaters in an IPA. Otherwise the appearance is fine, big fluffy head and nice dark golden color with orange hues. The aroma is fantastic, with a good bit of Citra hop tropical sweetness and some earthiness from the Centennial hops. The taste follows along with the aroma with the Centennial hops winning out in the end. Big, dry earthy hop finish to this one. The malt bill adds a bit of chewy caramel in the background.

Very solid DIPA here, this would be a go-to if I could get it at the local store.
