7venth Sun Time Bomb

7venth Sun Time Bomb is a session IPA brewed with Citra and Nelson hops. I could of swore I’d had this before, but it turns out that was Buddy Bomb, a tasty variant of this that has coffee fruit added. I got the chance to try this at the brewery on our yearly Holiday visit to Florida.

This pours a pretty light golden color with a solid head. Hoppy and flavorful, with a great combo of citrus from the Citra and a bit of earthy pine from the Nelson. Just the right amount of slightly sweet biscuit malts in the background as well.

This doesn’t break any ground for the style, but this is another tasty session IPA!
