Prairie Artisan Ales Birra

Prairie Artisan Ales Birra is designed to be a light, sessionable Saison.

The aroma is sweet and slightly bready, with notes of citrus as well. The taste is pretty spot on for a classic Saison with the yeast adding most of the flavor. It is creating a very mild funkiness with lots of light citrus notes. I’m tasting a good bit of lemon along with some orange as well. Some peppery spice comes in at the finish giving this a little added dimension.

Really solid all around, it feels like the kind of beer that would pair very well with the Spring and early Summer months. I can also see this is as the kind of beer that could become a great choice to bring to parties thanks to the low 4.5% ABV.
