The focus beer for this week’s mini episode is Wicked Weed’s Permeo from the Canvas series. Permeo is a barrel-aged sour ale fermented with lychee and passionfruit. The guys talk about sour ales, the Wicked Weed Funkatorium in Asheville and play a spirited game of Keith’s Spreadsheet. They also share some of their favorite “whale tail” or rare beer stories.
