Cigar City Brewing Criterium Ale (2012) is an American Pale Wheat Ale. Brewed for the Criterium bicycle road race in Tampa, Fl. The style will change from year to year, this is from 2012. Citrus (yellow grapefruit), grass/hay, bready notes, and some spices. This has a considerable hop kick to it, but unlike Tropical Heatwave, I feel it compliments this beer rather well. Kind of wish I got more than one bottle of this one!
