Port Brewing Hop 15

Port Brewing Hop 15 American Double/Imperial IPA. This uses 15 different hops added to the beer every 15 minutes. Things start off very sweet and fruity with tons of pineapple, orange, and some tart grapefruit. The hops become rather piney before settling into a very spicy/peppery finish. This bottle was not very carbonated making the beer a little flat and a lot syrupy, I might have enjoyed it more with more bubbles. It feels like this beer is just BIG for the sake of being BIG, not bad but not something I would seek out again either.
