Cigar City Brewing/The Bruery Dos Costas Oeste is a Saison/Farmhouse Ale. It is an ale brewed with coriander, ginger and sweet orange peel. This is the version that is aged on grapefruit tree wood spirals. We’ve got a gusher!! This poured nicely after settled down. Lots of ginger and grapefruit on the nose. Dense and sweet with flavors of ripe grapefruit and candied ginger. There is a bit of spice and yeast funk on the finish. This was really good.
