Boulevard Tank 7 is a Saison/Farmhouse Ale. Named in honor of the persnickety fermenter the beer was first brewed in. Lightly sweet fruit is upfront, mild tropical flavors mixing with some pear, This has just the right amount of yeasty funk mixing with a good amount of pepper. This is a really good saison that is available year round, I’m so glad Boulevard is now distributing in Georgia!
