Green Flash Saison Diego

Green Flash Saison Diego is what I might call a “lite” saison. With the trend of more extreme saisons this seems much more traditional to me. Nothing huge or over the top, it’s a light and refreshing beer brewed with Seville orange peels, Chinese ginger and grains of paradise. I’m tasting some hay and grain which is complimented by some mild citrus and yeast. Now if we could just get a few more beers like this on the market, preferably available in a six pack!
