Stone Lukcy Basartd

Stone Lukcy Basartd is an American Strong Ale created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the first brewing of Arrogant Bastard. This beer is a blend of Arrogant Bastard, Oak Aged Arrogant Bastard and Double Bastard. In fact this truly drinks like a blend of these three beers, I am getting elements of what I love about all three of the original beers. The sweet caramel malt of the original, some of the spicy hop balance of Double Bastard and finally the dry & woody oak is there on the finish. As none of the original beers are that hard to find I can’t say there is anything going on here that should make you freak out about finding this. At the same time if you are a fan of any of the original beers this will be an excellent treat if you can find it.
