Upright Brewing Four

Upright Brewing Four is a Saison/Farmhouse Ale. They call this a table beer, and it is in fact a simple saison that is easy to enjoy without too much care. In fact the instructions on the bottle are to enjoy it in any glass you like, take that beer snobs! The beer pours with super high carbonation at first, but it calms down after a while. Not terribly complex, there is a nice light fruitiness (mostly lemon) that is mixing with a mild yeast profile. Four is very nice and easy to drink, perfect for the upcoming summer months!
