Triple Digit Chickow!

Triple Digit Chickow! is an American Brown Ale. They actually call this a Hazelnut Double Brown Ale on the label, it’s brewed with hazelnut and natural flavors and the aged in bourbon barrels. The beer starts with flavors of sweet hazelnut which is then followed by vanilla and bourbon. A pretty solid nutty brown ale base is behind it all. Not a complex beer, but soooooo good. It is funny but I almost passed on this one. I walked by it several times at the store before I finally decided to grab it and put in the cart. Glad I did too, it turned out to be one of my favorite beers from our vacation this year!
