Two Brothers Night Cat

Two Brothers Night Cat is an American Dark Wheat Ale. This pours with a weird brown color, a far from pretty beer but I’m always a lot more interested in how it’ll taste. I am enjoying the dark wheat malt flavor surprisingly well, but the best part of this one for me is the citra hops. They add a balancing hop bite and bright citrus flavor that I really enjoy. This is drinking more like a lighter black ale than any wheat ale I’ve ever had before. Not a bad introduction to Two Brothers, looking forward to trying more from them in the future!
