Victory Wild Devil

Victory Wild Devil is an American IPA brewed with Brettanomyces.

This pours with a big active head, causing me to test my patience before taking my first sip. This has a nice blend of milder fruity yeast flavors and mildly bitter and pine hops. The brett isn’t making this sour or funky, but the wild yeast strain seems to chill out the dominate spiciness I taste in most Victory IPA’s.

Not going to call this the most exciting IPA I’ve had this year, but I have no regrets about picking one up. This is a very good beer.
