Prairie Artisan Ales Standard
Prairie Artisan Ales Standard is a Saison/Farmhouse Ale dry hopped with 1 pound of Motueka hops per barrel. The bottle tell us this is “A Hoppy Farmhouse Ale” that is 5.6% ABV. It also gives you illustrated directions on how to noodle (fishing for catfish with only your bare hand) in case you need that.
Very pretty pour on this beer, clear golden yellow color with a good white head that fades down but never fully disappears. There’s not too much complexity to this beer, but that a good thing for this one. Dry and hoppy with a good dose of lemon and lime zest. The yeast is typical for a Saison, rustic and strong which is adding outstanding flavor to the beer. A little fruity melon and very dry on the finish and aftertaste. Crisp and refreshing.
Got no issues with this beer, I like this one a lot!
