Stone Sorry, Not Sorry IPA

Stone Sorry, Not Sorry IPA is the latest Collaboration Series beer created with 4 Hands and Bale Breaker. This American Double/Imperial IPA is brewed puréed peaches and Warrior, Simcoe, Mosaic, and experimental HBC 342 and HBC 344 hops, 9.3% ABV. “Peach” beers and I have a long history of incompatibility, but given the pedigree of Stone and their IPA’s… absolutely worth a try.

This pours with excellent golden color and a good white head. The nose starts with a great fruity IPA aroma with a ton of peaches coming through. The taste has a fantastic balance of sweet peach fruit, mildly bitter pine hops, orange citrus and a touch of alcohol warmth. I’m not sure I will remember this with extreme longing a few years from now, but as of right now this is a beer I would drink quite a bit of if there was an open tap in front of me.
